Pizza R Us ("the Bot," "we," "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of its users ("you"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, where it is stored, and your rights regarding that data.
By using the Pizza R Us bot in any Discord server, you consent to the data practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
To facilitate the core gameplay loop of ordering, cooking, and delivering virtual items across Discord servers, the Bot collects and stores the following types of information:
A. Technical Identifiers (Provided by Discord)
Discord User ID: Used to uniquely identify customers and staff members to track orders, stats, and warnings.
Discord Username/Display Name: Used for display purposes on order tickets and profile embeds.
Guild (Server) ID: Used to identify where an order originated and to implement server-wide blacklists.
Channel ID: Used by the Bot to know where to send order updates and delivery notifications.
Discord Role IDs: Used to determine staff permissions (Chef, Driver, Management) and VIP status (Patreon perks).
B. Gameplay and Activity Data
Order Details: Information regarding items ordered, timestamps of creation, and current status.
Staff Performance Stats: Cumulative counts of cooking and delivery activities used for tracking quotas and promotions.
Moderation History: Records of warnings issued to users, including reasons, timestamps, and the moderator ID involved.
Blacklist Data: User IDs or Server IDs that have been banned from using the service.
C. User-Generated Content
Delivery Preferences: Custom delivery scripts and vehicle names saved by VIP drivers.
Images: Image URLs provided by staff attachments during the /cook phase to serve as proof of preparation.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data solely for the operation and maintenance of the Pizza R Us gameplay experience:
Order Fulfillment: To track an order from creation by a customer, to claiming by a chef, to final delivery by a driver.
Cross-Server Delivery: To generate temporary Discord server invites to customer servers so drivers can deliver orders.
Staff Management: To track activity volume for automatic promotions and weekly quota resets.
Moderation & Safety: To enforce rules, track repeat offenders, and prevent blacklisted users or servers from using the Bot.
VIP Features: To recognize Patreon supporters via roles and grant them special perks (e.g., gold embeds, priority cooking times, custom vehicle names).
3. Data Storage and Third-Party Services
We utilize third-party services for data storage and logging. By using the Bot, you acknowledge that your data may pass through these services:
MongoDB: The primary database used to store active orders, staff statistics, user profiles, warnings, and blacklists.
Trello: Used for archival purposes. Completed orders, cancelled orders, logs of bans, suggestions, and rules are sent to Trello boards managed by Pizza R Us staff.
Discord: All data is ultimately transmitted through Discord's API.
4. Data Retention
Active Orders: Data regarding live orders is kept in the primary database until the order is completed or cancelled.
Archived Data: Once completed, essential order details (IDs, timestamps, item names, proof image URLs) are archived to Trello indefinitely for logging and proof of service.
Staff Data: Performance statistics are retained as long as the user remains a member of the staff team.
Moderation Data: Warnings and blacklists are retained indefinitely to prevent abuse and ban evasion.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. Data is only visible to:
Bot Staff: Management and Senior Staff may view stats, orders, and moderation history to perform their duties.
Publicly Visible Data: Your username and stats may appear in public channels via embeds (e.g., order tickets, leaderboards, staff profiles).
6. Your Rights and Data Removal
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data stored by the Bot.
To request data deletion: Please join our Main Support Server and open a ticket with Management.
Note: Deletion of data may result in the loss of staff ranks, stats, or the inability to use the Bot's services (e.g., if you are actively blacklisted).
7. Changes to this Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting an announcement in our Main Support Server. Your continued use of the Bot after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment of the modified policy.
